Healthy Kurma Balls

Ingredients
150g dates
10g rolled oats
100g nuts (almond, walnut, cashews)
20g butter

other options
red dates
black/white sesame
brazil nuts
almond
walnuts
peanut butter
flaxseed


Directions
  • blend nuts and add in the rest of the ingredients
  • shape into balls and keep in the fridge

Foodnote: Saw this on instagram. I wanted to eat more healthy for ramadan and so decided to prep this. It is healthy and I believe provide good energy. Besides... it tastes good too.
